I'm looking for some advice. I've been taking 400 mg of vitex/agnus castus/ chasteberry and am 5 weeks pregnant. I did this with my son and continued to 12 weeks, tapering off (I had trouble conceiving due to cycle issues). Now I've been prescribed progesterone pessaries due to a loss in between my successful pregnancy and this one (didnt take the vitex then as I was breastfeeding). I'm not bleeding but had what I think was implantation spotting, hence the prescription. I'm not sure if I can take these together. My plan was to slowly wean off vitex. Any experience or advice?
