So, I'm 16 weeks pregnant, it's my first and I am paranoid as all hell at this point. I abscent mindedly leaned against the washing machine this week while it was on it's spin cycle, with my butt. I wanted to muffle the stupid machine not thinking of my precious tiny human inside me!!! Have I vibrated my kid stupid??? I'm freaking out here, big time.
...also, my sex drive has ramped up big time since falling pregnant. Is this normal? Also, I masturbated last week with a vibrating dildo, it's not massive, it's actually the same size as my partner but now I'm freaking out at the prospect of having vibrated my kid Stupid...yes, it's a bloody theme!!! Should I be worried? Have I irreparably screwed up my unborn child?!? Aaaaaaaah!!! Please advise.

Your baby is protected very well inside your body. Unless you have medically been told by a doctor otherwise, you can go about normal life. Sitting on a washing machine whilst it vibrates or using a vibrator is not going to damage your baby or make them stupid. Lots of people have very healthy sex lives whilst they are pregnant which includes sex toys and it’s absolutely fine.

You'll be completely fine, I know that first pregnancy anxiety. I used to leave the room when the microwave was on. But babies are totally safe in you, women living in war zones have healthy babies so honestly try not to worry. If NHS guidance says avoid something then do so, but other than that don't worry
