11weeks nausea getting worse and sharp twinges

Hi just wondering if anyone else is feeling the same. I’m 11weeks 3days and the nausea has ramped up even more in the last few days. Where I could eat and it eased it, it now doesn’t. Yesterday I also got some period pains centrally and some sharp twinges low down. Has anyone else experienced this? I had a scan at 9weeks and all was ok. Thankyou

Yes I had horrendous pains, twinges, cramps. Especially if I stood up or moved suddenly. Or just randomly.

It’s all fine, they’re called round ligament pains, it’s just your uterus stretching.

I’m pregnant with my second DS now and haven’t had them this time round, think it’s just painful the first time everything is stretching.

Think it’s also normal for the nausea to get worse before it goes. Mine went about 14 weeks. Gaviscon helped a bit sometimes.
