Meal before C section

Hi all
what meal would you all recommend or did you have the night before your C section? Family want to order in a takeaway but I don’t know if I need something a bit more sensible and healthy?!

My section was a surprise and though I can't recall my dinner I do not think it affected anything.
I would recommend that you have, uh, emptied your bowels beforehand as going to the toilet after is tricky as you feel your insides might come out or your incision might open.
