Twins 1st bday

I know it’s a bit early but what did everyone do for their first Littles ones birthday ? My twins are 1 in July and not sure what to do for them ? Any ideas

We had tea and cake with family. Was skint at the end of maternity leave and the baby doesn’t have a clue either.

Also july birthdays here - a picnic at the park or in the garden with close family is lovely.

Friends of ours decided that their 1 year old daughter really wanted a pizza oven for her first birthday, which is pretty inspired. Now that she's 5 she has taken total ownership of it, so I guess they weren't wrong 😆

If you have a garden, a barbecue with family would be nice, otherwise pps suggestion of a picnic in the park is lovely! Something fairly low key and not too overwhelming for little ones.
