8 weeks spotting & mild cramping

Hello. Please tell me it’s normal at 8 weeks to have spotting brown / twice red for 4 days , and mild cramping ?! 🥲🥲

Heartbeat was healthy at 6 weeks 5 days.

2cm SCH found at scan last week

I would call your doctor and go in.

I did. They said not to worry unless it is heavy blood / clots and intense cramping 🥺

I had mild cramping and red/brown blood around 8 weeks, had it for about 2 weeks and then it stopped. I was told it was most likely implantation bleeding.

Go to the EPU to get checked but you're likely OK if its not red blood. I had a big brown bleed at 8 weeks and was told this is a very common time for hormonal/implantation bleeding. Lots of my friends also told me they bled at 8 weeks and were told the same.

Thank you. EPU Have said not to worry unless it is filling a pad/ clots and lots of pain. Which it is not. As I have a 2cm SCH it could be that. I had red blood after sex yesterday, they said it most likely coming from the cervix. I booked a private scan for next week so hope all is okay!

It sounds like sex irritated your cervix, it's fairly common. Unlikely to be anything sinister or bleeding would probably be getting heavier.

I missed my 8 week booking in appointment because I was having a miscarriage. There was lots of blood, clots and cramping similar to a previous loss. Boy was I surprised when I was scanned two days later at epu to check things were resolving as they should because the bleeding was slowing and there's a 9 week baby in there with a strong heartbeat.

okay I’m trying to not worry… I have 0 pregnancy symptoms so doing feel pregnant at all!!
the brown blood was slowing down, then had sex and now a bit of red blood thrown me off again. 🤞🏼
