Worried I’m going into labour early

I’m 23 + 3 weeks pregnant, last night DH and I dtd for the first time in quite a while. Afterwards I went to the bathroom as normal, then when I got back in bed suddenly felt something coming out of me and my pants were very wet again, I got quite worried it could be my waters so put a pad in but it was dry since then.

This afternoon I’ve gone to the loo and when I wiped had quite a bit of snotty discharge, it was light yellow in colour. I don’t have any pain or cramps. I can’t get it out of my head that I’m going to lose this baby tonight and start NY like this.

Should I call the hospital or does it sound like I’m just being paranoid?

It all sounds completely normal but if you’re worrying about it then a call to your midwife is going to be far more reassuring then anything anyone on here could say.

It just sounds like cum? Discharge is totally normal too.

Did he finish in you unprotected? Some of it could be semen coming but also the stringy stuff could be part of your mucus plug, but as long as that has stopped it basically repairs itself and usually no further issues. Give your local maternity unit a call if you're too worried x

Yes he did finish in me, sorry I appreciate I’m coming across quite stupid here but usually after I go to the bathroom when we’ve dtd that’s the end of it! We haven’t dtd for a month or maybe more so perhaps there was more than usual.
