Apologies for the graphic language. I’m about 7 1/2 weeks and have had brown discharge for over 2 weeks and bright red blood (mainly on wiping/some on a pad) for past 5 days. I’m convinced it’s a miscarriage. When can I expect to start cramping and pass the tissue? I’m abroad so can not get to an EPU. Thank you xx

Book a private scan to reassure yourself!
I was having bleeding and brown spotting since 6weeks and it turn out to be a hematoma. It faded around 9weeks but I still have some light brown when whipping at 11weeks and the babies seem fine.
it can go either way but honestly not all blood and spotting means miscarriage!
I hope everything turns out well for you🫶🏻
