Nipple changes in early pregnancy

I'm 8 weeks pregnant tomorrow and I've noticed that my right nipple is sooo sensitive. 2 days ago I noticed that what looks like a little skin tag has appeared on the tip of the actual nipple and that's what's causing the sensitivity. It was definitely not there a week ago. Is this normal?!

I have very sensitive boobs which are prone to skin tags and little spots. It got a lot worse in pregnancy as your boobs change massively from very early on. At one point mine was an infection so worth getting it checked. More than likely it's a normal change.
