hi mamas

I took inositol, fish oil and vitamin c/d to help me conceive. I previously had a miscarriage 3 months ago and problems with PCOS. I have just had a bfp 11DPO. I a wondering if anyone else has experience with these supplements and if they are okay to continue. I worry if I stop them it may cause a problem with the pregnancy.

thank you in advance!

You can get pregnancy vitamins that cover everything you need so move on to them. Congratulations!

I have PCOS too and would recommend moving on to the proceive trimester one tablets and proceive omega 3 tablets. That includes everything you've mentioned plus other other vitamins you need for the first trimester.

@TryingForBabyFirstTime i haven’t heard of those before but I will research them now! Thank you so much!

Agree with @TryingForBabyFirstTime on Proceive. I used it to help me get pregnant and I would def take their pregnancy ones if I was to have another pregnancy. And congratulations! 🙂

I took a general pregnancy multivitamin, extra fish oil and prescription level folic acid and well as an aspirin under consultant led care for mine. Certain genetic conditions run in the family and I’d had certain medical conditions.
