In pain and potentially overthinking

This morning I woke up in pain. I am 29 +4

My sides and lower back had a dull ache and it's lasted all day. The pain subsided when I was in the car with the heated seat and when I lay in certain positions. I have googled the symptoms (stupid I know) and I've scared myself into thinking it's placental abruption. I haven't had any bleeding/ fluid leaking and baby is still moving around. It's just my sides and back that have been killing all day! My mum says it might be round ligament pain but it's lasted since this morning. The only things convincing me it's not placental abruption is the fact I've had no bleeding, baby is moving and the pain completely goes away when I lay in a different position/ sit in a different position. Has anyone had anything similar?

Im currently 41 weeks + 1 and I honestly had the same thing all throughout my second trimester and it was round ligament pain! It can be due to how you have slept too I found it was worse at night if you are ever concerned call triage that's what I did went down there and everything was fine but worth getting checked even if it's just to ease your mind xx

Thank you for this, the pain was horrid this morning! I'm thinking it's something to do with my sleep last night, our toddler decided he wanted to sleep next to us last night so I was tossing and turning trying to be comfy between him and DH! I really hope this is the case and I can sleep properly tonight and feel a little better tomorrow xx

sleep was the worst for me in the second trimester always woke up in pain or woke up the next morning In pain! I used to get a horrible pain in my upper back and under my ribs disappeared in the third trimester! Definitely sounds like it had something to do with last nights sleep, hope you sleep better tonight and pain eases up xx
