30 wks pressure in bum

Feeling some pressure in my bum. I have pgp and have been quite active today. Its not constant or everyday but it is becoming more frequent. Any advice?

I had this with first pregnancy & I have it with this one too 🤦🏾‍♀️ no advice really but could be piles or hemmoroids too? Drink plenty of water
