Light pink when wiping from 7+3 weeks

I am now 8+1 and for the last week I have noticed light pink when wiping soon after I’ve had to lift something slightly heavy like shopping bags, or after a bowl movement. The rest of the time the tissue is clear when wiping.
I’ve also been experiencing lower back pain and tender breasts, but not really any painful cramping.
This morning the tissue was light brown when wiping. It has been clear since.

I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks about 6 months ago and worry it is happening again… but last time the tissue was bright red and it started and ended within a few days. So what I’m experiencing now is different.

I am wondering if anyone else had similar and what was the outcome?

I haven't experienced this myself but didn't want to read and not offer some support. My friend had a haematoma during her pregnancy and I recall she experienced something similar. It shrunk over time and she had an otherwise healthy pregnancy.
I personally would get an early scan though just to check everything's okay ❤️

Coming back to update this thread. The spotting didn’t get any worse and stopped altogether after a few days. I haven’t seen my midwife yet to discuss what could have been the cause for it, but I did have my 12 week scan and I’m pleased to say that the baby is all good.

I had this a couple of days ago after weight training ag the gym. I called epai and they light pink is ok and they said it might go brown but that's good. I haven't had any since so I think I just pushed myself too hard

That’s really good news. Going by what the epau said to you, and my own positive outcome from this, I’m sure you have absolutely nothing to worry about either ♡
