Low lying placenta or placenta previa?

I had a scan 3 weeks ago at 20 weeks to which my radiologist said my placenta was low lying and theyd need to rescan at 32 weeks to make sure that it had moved up, and 95% of the time it does. However, today I've been for a private scan at 23w 2d, the radiologist said the placenta is still low lying but on my scan report she wrote low lying on the cervix, so now I'm thinking maybe it's placenta previa? I've got a photo as she's put it on my notes, and now I'm more worried than ever. If there's any radiologists on here or maybe someone who's been through similar circumstances could comment.
She pointed out the cervix and the placenta and it does look like it's covering.

I have no idea from the photo sorry but 3 weeks isn’t long for it to have moved.
I had a low lying placenta (within 2mm of the cervix) at 20 week scan, went back 10 days ago for 32 week scan and it’s moved well out of the way (think most of the time they do) so fingers crossed for you too xx

I had a low lying placenta that covered my cervix. It hadn’t moved by 28 weeks but it had moved by 32. Both the sonographer and my midwife were lovely and said the chances were highly likely that it would move and if it didn’t then I would be rescanned at 36 and then 37 weeks to check.
I just need to be careful with bending etc and was told at 28 weeks to not have sex just incase.

I can't help on interpreting the scan but I did have a positive experience of phoning back a private clinic and requesting to ask the sonographer a few questions. She phoned me back the same day. I'm sure the private clinic would clarify what it was they were seeing.

My placenta was low lying from 19 weeks and I was certain it wouldn’t move as it hadn’t moved by my growth scan at 28 weeks. However at my 32 weeks scan it had moved completely out of the way.
