IVF Frozen Transfer Slow/ Low rising hCG

Thank you in advance, first time posting so not clued up on acroynms yet (sorry). Looking for advice/ previous experiences similar to my situation.
I had IVF frozen transfer at day 5blastocyst. Positive hCG after 2 week wait, however low at 69, a week later it was 600+, then a week from there 1500. Now, towards the end of what would be my sixth week and 2 days from the previous hCG its 1800. The fertility centre have warned me that 'its likely not going to be ok' as the hCG rise is far to slow and low. This is upsetting, naturally. I had a scan today. There was a faint heart beat (much to my relief) however, my Dr said that the gestational sac was larger than the yolk sac and didnt look right. She prepared me again for a possible miscarriage.

Im due to have another scan and bloods next week. I just wanted your opinions on this and whether anyone had a similar experience, or what it meant by a large gestational sac Vs yolk sac. Many thanks in advance.

As someone who’s gone through many miscarriages and IVF, ultimately you’ll never know. It’s day by day. But if they see somethings not quite right they’re trying to warn you

There was someone on here with a similar situation a few days ago and when they went back all was ok. I can't find the thread though x

Just wanted to update this thread. I had another blood test 2 days after the last, hcg is 2100, from 1800 2 days later. I’m currently 7/40. It should be a lot higher than this though. I’m due to have another scan in 3 days and will keep the thread updated to help others.
