Please help very worried first pregnancy

Hi, just asking if anyone has experienced this. I rang the early pregnancy clinic yesterday and they told me to go to an and e with really bad cramping all day from 9am (worse than a bad period). I got my bloods checked and my HCG is only 200. I think I am between 4 and 6 weeks pregnant, not sure of the exact date. Has anyone else experienced this and what was the outcome?

Just a note - no bleeding or spotting at all, got my first positive test on the 13th Dec and my LMP was the 7th Nov. Tested today and yesterday, lighter line on todays test

They should be taking bloods again within 48 hours , this is to check if HCG is increasing as it should.

I know how stressful this is, but I’d take a pregnancy test in a couple of days time and see if it is lighter/negative. Sending love xx

Thanks have been referred for a scan tomorrow but have an awful sinking feeling something is wrong, I had all the early pregnancy symptoms last weekend and the start of this week but they’re gone now xx

It’s the worst feeling and I need to be honest with you, it can be 50-50 with symptoms. Sometimes nothing as they can fluctuate in a normal pregnancy and sometimes it means hormone levels are decreasing. I hope you get some answers today at the scan as it’s the uncertainty that is most frustrating - fingers crossed for you xx
