Are you taking any medicines or supplements to help?

I have PCOS, I was taking Metformin prescribed by the doctor and I also took ovasitol. When trying to conceive I started taking the proceive conception supplement which has lots of vitamins in it which are good for people with PCOS regardless of trying to conceive.

Spearmint tea and yakult every day also seemed to help.

I tried to eat a lower carb diet but didn't completely restrict myself, I just tried to have sourdough bread rather than white and grains like pearl barley or bulgur wheat rather than rice. I also cut down on alcohol.

I went to the gym one a week or so, nothing too difficult to maintain, and focused on strength and toning rather than cardio - I did kettlebell and legs, bums and tums classes.

All this combined helped me to manage my PCOS symptoms and to conceive when I started trying.

Hope this helps PCOS is so underresearched and undersupported!

Take 1500-2000mg of metformin and around 4g of myo-iniositiol. You want the 40:1 ratio. These both help with sugar cravings.
Obviously folic acid.

Try going low carb, almost keto for diet wise.
