I am 25 weeks pregnant with di/di twins. Baby A is measuring 24w1d, and Baby B is 24w2d. Both babies are diagnosed with high umblical artery PI, Baby A’s loss is more obvious. My doctor did not say anything about End Diastolic Pulse, but she is going to monitor me very closely. She checked Baby A’s brain-as his HC is smaller, it looks ok. BPD is around 4-5 percentile but my doctor said HC is more important.
Are there any twin mothers with similar problems and success stories?
