Hi everyone.

Ive previously had 4 mcs, 3 of which were MMC. All losses have been before 7 weeks.

I found out that I was pregnant very early in this pregnancy and with progesterone I am 14 weeks today.

I have not had any symptoms other than some heightened smell and tiredness in the first trimester.

I had a 12 week scan 12 days ago and everything looked fine. A few days later I had some cramping and had another scan 7 days ago which was all fine. Since then the little symptoms I have have disappeared too. Is this normal?

I was expecting something, but I’ve not got any nausea, bloating, Heartburn or any other symptoms that the apps suggest I might have.

any positive stories would be amazing!

thank you xx

Hi OP, in second trimester it’s perfectly normal to loose symptoms! I had hardly any symptoms at all around this time too, if scans are all fine I wouldn’t worry, congratulations!

With all 3 of my successful pregnancies I lost symptoms at about 14 weeks. The worst symptoms are in the first trimester and once that's over you really can relax until you start feeling movements (16-20 weeks). Then the worry starts all over again!

I’m currently 26 weeks pregnant and have hardly had any symptoms throughout the whole pregnancy, even now the majority of the time I’m symptomless.
I’ve been so concerned on times I’ve had 6 scans by 20 weeks, all of which showed a strong, healthy little heartbeat.
Every one reacts differently so please don’t compare to others. You might be one of the lucky ones who fly through a pregnancy feeling absolutely fine.
Good luck :)

I am 13.5 weeks and have barely had any symptoms since day 1 and it's IVF so we knew very early on. It's very unsettling as you would expect to feel something especially when you have seen it flipping about in there! I have been assured by several people that it is completely normal and symptoms are not a sign that a pregnancy is healthy.
I had a missed miscarriage earlier this year and felt worse symptom wise than I have with this one..I know it doesn't stop the worry I've had extra scans too but I'm trying to tell myself that it is more likely ok than not.
