I'm 23 +3 weeks pregnant with 3rd child . This evening when wiping after a wee there was pink spotting and red clots ( only small ) been getting quite sharp infrequent pains last few days and back ache today . Should I worry ? Do I call triage ? Never had this before .

Seems a minimal amount to cause a fuss . Pic attached

Call triage, they should know about any bleeding at this stage even if it turn out to be harmless. A quick monitoring of baby wouldn't do any harm just to be on safe side.

Call triage, and keep that tissue in a zip lock bag just in case they want to see it/test it (I think they can test it for amniotic proteins or something, I'm not a doctor!)

Hopefully all fine but you can't be too careful! You are definitely not wasting their time

Ps just remembered something they told me when I had a scare like this - wear a pad and keep the pads to show them. When I had a scare they took my pad away and tested it for amniotic proteins.

Hope you're OK op and have spoken to triage xx

Probably harmless but I'd definitely get checked x

Currently in being checked . They are testing for preterm labour but I also have really high temp so they are thinking infection somewhere. Baby is all good
