Is this a pregnancy symptom?

I'm 7 weeks pregnant and for a week my lips have been feeling numb, tingly and dry. This is kind of gross but I have a feeling it's got to do with my saliva. My saliva taste gross and the corners of my lips are also getting dry skin that I often have to peel off. I've also got a few pimples just under my lip. Is this to do with pregnancy since I've never had this before

Cold sores. Sorry.

Maybe🤔 but the spots I have aren't blisters. It's red and filled with pus and NHS says that's not a cold sore as it's not a blister but it's just a pimple. It's also not on my lip but around it. The sides of my mouth develop dry skin and when I pick on it it makes it hurt and red. I don't know what that is and if that means I have a cold sore
