Hi all,

I had one plighted ovum at May this year. Now i am 6 weeks 2 days and experience spot on and off since very early week 3-4 until now. In the last 2 weeks, I noticed that I only spotted after having mastubate (only outside). Sorry TMI!. It usually pink and brown spotting after that. But 2 days ago, the next morning i woke up spotting was pink, watery, much more than the time before, and then it turns red with clots like in the picture. After that, small brown spotting - very little during the day and it stopped.
I had no cramps and before pregnancy i also spotted between periods and had cervical check, the Gp said I have ectropion erosion.

2 days later I would have a reassurance scan. I felt like losing hope already, since this time everything happens exactly like the last time of my miscarriage.

Hope to know if you have same experience and could it be a sign i am miscarried.

Thank you

Hello AsupremB2023,

I would contact NHS 111 straight away, mentioning the blood clots to get this checked out. I was given an emergency appointment and a scan straight away. It was bad news for me (missed miscarriage), but many women have said they were ok on previous posts, so it might not be bad news for you.

Definitely worth getting this looked at soon.

Good luck, keeping my fingers crossed x

Firstly, im sorry about your previous loss. I agree with Silverfixlady, you need to contact 111 and speak to a nurse/Dr.
Have you been for a booking in appointment with your GP? There is an early pregnancy number in the green notes you could call.
I had spotting at 9weeks and spoke to someone, they were very reassuring. Thankfully it stopped and I went on to have a healthy son.
Wishing you all the best.

Thank you both. I am living in Ireland now and I have reassurance scan on Friday at EPU. I have migraine today and pregnancy symptoms seem soften a lot although there is no spotting. I am preparing for the worst on Friday. What drives me crazy is that I dont know what could be wrong that I have miscarriages in a row. Dont know if I have courage to keep trying.

I had big clots like that but they followed a big gush of fluid. I did loose one baby. It was twins though and my surviving twin lasted the whole pregnancy with me bleeding/spotting. You need to be seen xx
