Does the NHS test pregnant people for listeria if you think you may have been exposed?
Got a bit worried as just found out microwaving doesnt always kills bacteria and I have microwaving frozen fruit and veg.
Also left freezer door open (I thought overnight but now not sure- just discovered I left gas fire on low for several days- pregnancy brain has really got to me this month!) then ate heated food. Now Ive started vomiting … feels like food poisoning
not pregnancy nausea.
