Twin pregnancy early symptoms?

Hi, I think I must be around 4 weeks pregnant and this is my fourth pregnancy. We went to visit my in-laws the other day and my MIL asked me if I was carrying twins and now it's left me wondering... I took a digital clear blue test 2 weeks before supposedly my period was due (a bit hard to tell, I just had my 3rd baby 3 months ago and I had a bleeding last month that was like a period) and it came back positive 1-2 weeks VERY quickly. With my other 3 I took the tests after my period was due and I remember sitting for a while waiting for the results and once positive having to wait another extra minute for an estimated gestational age. A few weeks after I had spotting, a couple of bright red drops that just briefly lasted a morning. I know some women with singleton pregnancies spot but I had never spotted before and I heard this is more common with multiple pregnancies. I had never felt really sick with my previous pregnancies and I'm not feeling specially more sick or tired this time around but I think the mild nausea has come a bit early this time. I'm also out of breath already, I was even feeling out of breath before taking the test. Any twin moms who could give me their opinion/experiences? Or any pregnant moms of singletons who had similar symptoms?

I've not had twins but I had very similar worries to you at the start of this pregnancy! I tested probably about a week before I thought my period was due and was expecting a very faint positive if anything and it was immediately a very dark line. I also felt a lot more nauseous than I did the first time and had a few episodes of spotting.

When I went for a scan I turned it to be about a month further along than I thought (what I'd thought was a period was implantation bleeding), which explains why the test was so strongly positive so quickly. I even asked the sonographer to double check it was just one baby in there! I guess the nausea and spotting can just differ in each pregnancy!

I'm expecting identical twins - my only early symptoms were an early positive and extreme exhaustion! 💓

Hey, I have non-identical twins, was week past period before test showed faint positive, no extra symptoms except got bigger quicker, just put it down to them being my third pregnancy, by 9 weeks i thought i had had another mmc as had no sickness or tiredness, with my single pregnancies ive got positive much quicker and more morning sickness/tiredness 🤷🏻‍♀️lol x
