Hi everyone.

I had unprotected seX on Wednesday 29th November and then had a positive test 8 days later on the 7th.

how possible is this? I’ve done multiple tests

Very possible.

Thank you.

I was always under the impression it would take longer for implantation and for a test to pick
up HGC in the system?

Implantation can happen 6-12 days after ovulation and then takes a couple days for hcg to rise. So 8 days isn't always going to show a positive but it can. Also depends how accurate you are on exact ovulation date. I'd only expect a faint positive at 8dpo tho

Thanks.

I don’t have regular cycles so they are hard to keep track of.

never knew it could show so fast.

I got my bfp at 8 days. It looked similar to yours and now he's 2.

I hope this is what you want.

Thank you!

I had an early scan today and they said I’m very early at 4 weeks so guessing this is about right then?

Got mine at 9 and it wasn't that pale so could well believe I would have seen something at 8dpo

But I don’t know if I was ovulating then. I’ve not been trying.
It was just 8 days after inter course

Sounds like it adds up if you're about 4 weeks now
