I should be about 7 weeks 3 days. I had a private early scan last Sunday which showed gestational sac and yolk sac measuring at 6 weeks but no fetal pole, and to return in 7 days for a rescan, this was a really quick scan but TV. Attended today for the rescan, a different sonographer, she really did to dig around was in there for 40 mins, found fetal pole with no heart beat measuring at 6 weeks 4 days. She said she can’t officially say miscarriage as sac has grown and fetal pole found. I personally feel the fetal pole would have been there last week but as the scan was so quick it was missed (I have a tilted cervix). I have previously had a MMC so this feels the same however I’m in limbo now as her notes say “PUV -pregnancy of uncertain viability rescan in 7 days” but I would need to pay this one. Will the EPU help if I ring tomorrow , as the record doesn’t say MC? any advice welcome. Thank you.
