Pregnant and pain on right side

I'm 5 weeks pregnant and I have had ongoing pain in my lower right side/back for a day. I'm not sure if this is normal or couple be a sign of ectopic pregnancy. I don't have any other symptoms but this pain is felt every time I inhale and it feels like I sharp stabbing pain

Get on to EPU. Need to get it checked out

I did have pain in my left ovary this was confirmed where the egg came from and I had a small cyst that disappeared over time which caused discomfort but nothing like a sharp pain that you are experiencing get it checked better to be safe xx
