horlicks when pregnant

I'm 17 weeks pregnant and craving a Horlicks, does anyone know if this is safe in pregnancy? x

It would almost certainly have a warning on the packet. So no. Not sure why it would be.

Just looked up the ingredients and it looks fine. Is there any ingredient you were worried about?

It's mostly just sugar and malt isn't it?

If you're worried about the amount of sugar in Horlicks, try this:
1 mug milk or plant milk warmed in microwave
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon malted barley
If you fancy making it really sumptuous, add a bit of single cream.
