Can hammering damage baby's hearing?

Don't know if I'm overreacting? DH and I were putting up a cupboard and he was hammering the ends quite hard/loud to get them to fit tight into the holes. I was standing right next to him, even had my hand on the wood so I'm worried about the sound/vibrations travelling to baby? I'm 30 weeks

Bless you, no. It's absolutely fine.

Honestly, you have nothing to worry about. 💐

😂

Sorry but I laughed. Baby will not be harmed by this I promise.

That is so cute!

They will be fine inside their lovely bubble.

Awww bless you. Reminds me of the poster who was worried about being on the top floor of a hotel in Dubai with her new baby.

Until a poster reminded her she would have flown to Dubai on a plane! I think of that a lot. So sweet.

Everything worries you when you're a first time parent.

What was the fear of being on a top floor? I cant work it out...

OP the only physical thing that can harm your baby is blunt force trauma to your belly (like a fall, accident, etc). Other than that, baby is quite safe inside!

If I remember rightly, she was worried it would affect her baby's ears.
