Bit of Background information. I have underactive thyroid so AF isnt regular. Ranges from 28-35 days. I use the flo app and that averages AF as 33 days.
Last AF was 23/10/23-27/10/23.
Flo was saying due 24/11/23. that didnt start. so took a test which was BFN. Still no sign sunday morning so tested again still. BFN. then Sunday evening started what I thought was AF. So put on a Pad and went to bed. But Monday there was nothing on the pad. but there was small amount when wiping. This has stayed the same until this morning (Thursday) and now has stopped. I did another test this morning just to be sure still BFN.
sorry if TMI but it wasn't as dark as AF ranging from light red to pinkish colour. No clots and doesnt seem as thick as AF
Is this most likely just a really light AF?

Have you been under any stress lately or unwell? Since you’re still getting negative tests then I’d say it’s maybe an irregular period this month and to keep an eye on it. You could hold off and test again in a few days time and see what it says.

No stress or illnesses. AF isn't exactly regular due to thyroid as it is. It's the spotting/light bleeding wasnt enough for products. And was only for a few days. that's confused me never had that before.

If BFN that many days later super unlikely it is pregnancy and maybe Anovlatory cycle with some breakthrough spotting.
It might be worth having hormones Estrogen and Progesteone tested. If you don't ovulate you will have break through bleeding. I experienced this in Feb and as it was a one off didn't push for investigations. But I was Nursing and so Prolactin was probably high. High levels can surpress ovulation and delay it. The balance is suoer sensitive so being slightly off can have dire affects.
