Pregnancy Reflexology

Hi all!

Has anyone tried Pregnancy Reflexology?

Was it worth it in your opinion? Were you going 37+ weeks to a session with the intent of trying to induce labour etc?

It works in pregnancy in exactly the way it works in other circumstances. Not at all!

No but I did some lovely relaxing baby reflexology with DD when she was a newborn and she really enjoyed the session. I don't think it did any of the stuff it claimed but it was a lovely bonding experience.

I must say though I didn't go into it expecting it to do anything, I just wanted nice chilled out bonding time with DD.

Thanks all! I have never had reflexology or even a massage before so really clueless but sounds like I shouldn’t part with my money pre natally anyway :) thanks all!
