Pregnancy anxiety

Hi everyone. I found out I was pregnant at 11dpo with a shadow of a line. Thought it was definitely an evap or if it was a positive I was looking at a chemical. At 14dpo I got a clear though not strong positive. I’ve had losses before that always started out faint and I got a strong positive with DD at 10dpo. I have no symptoms, but then I didn’t have many at first with DD.

Am struggling to stay rational because of this seemingly weak start but also because I’ve been so ill with an awful cold that’s turned into sinus issues and a chest infection. Had a fever over two days that reached 41 and now I’m on antibiotics. I’ve also had no sleep, and I’ve had to keep working, plus I’ve used sinex a few times because it’s just been impossible to rest. I’m exhausted and worried. It just feels like a very bad way to begin such a delicate process, and I am losing hope this baby will stick/be okay.

Any positive stories of similar starts would be so welcome.

If it helps, my line never got as strong as the test line and I’m now 12 weeks pregnant. I was worried about it too at the time.

My lines actually got lighter between 11 and 14 dpo, I now have a 4 week old next to me.

I'm currently just over 6 weeks and my symptoms are really minimal. I've also felt like I've had a cold the whole time, I also found out at literally 4 weeks. I also have just had my scan and everything was fine, just because our symptoms aren't as strong doesn't mean it's not viable I promise x

Thanks everyone. Rational me knows that what will be will be. It’s just hard.

Here are my tests. From top - 14dpo, 17dpo, and 19dpo (today).

Looks like good line progression to me!

Thanks @Toda11!

To add to my stress, DD has just been sent home from nursery with a vomiting bug, poor thing. Praying I don’t get it. I’m not sure how much more of a battering this pregnancy can take. 😞

I'm around 3 weeks pregnant after my first cycle of IVF and feeling extremely anxious. Not that it won't be successful but that I've made a mistake and won't be able to cope if it is successful. It will of course mean complete life changes and I'm going to be moving house this year too. Last week I had bleeding and was scared, but it was fine and I was really relieved. I've never felt so confused and scared and it's making me feel a bit depressed. Only my partner knows I'm pregnant so I don't have anyone else to talk to. Would really love any reassurance or advice.

The hormones won’t be helping @Fridaymonkey that relief shows you that you do want this. It will be stressful. I’m 16wks with my first and I think its natural to be anxious about everything. It will be hard but remember why you started the ivf in the first place. The joys it will bring will outweigh the hard parts I think.
