Pregnancy advice and reassurance

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if I could get some advice and get my mind set at ease a little.
I got a positive lh test on 14th November which was my cd20 as my period started on 26th October. By cd34 which was 24th November I got my first faint positive pregnancy test and have been tracking it every day/every second day since and it has been getting darker and darker and results come up a lot quicker now than when I first got my positive.

I also took a clearblue digital last night at like 8pm which said pregnant and 1-2weeks which is about right since I conceived two weeks ago.

Back in September, I had found out I was pregnant and it took me till 2/3days after a missed period to get a positive test and with a very faint line which ended up only 5 days later resulting in me bleeding getting negative tests and having a chemical pregnancy and this is what is my biggest worry with this one.

As I am only around 4 weeks just now due to a longer cycle and taking longer to ovulate, chemical pregnancies can happen up until 5 weeks and I know on here we aren't doctors and midwifes and everyone's experiences are different but from anyone else experience what are the chances of me having a chemical with this one too. I think once I get to a five week mark next week my mind will be at ease a bit more but it is just so so worrying.

Any advice or anyone's experience would be great! x

Sorry for your previous chemical. It’s really hard to say unfortunately. All I can say is try to stay positive.
I know it’s hard, been in a similar sort of situation but try keep yourself busy for the next little while.

Also and I say this gently, stop testing. Unfortunately darker tests don’t really mean too much. You can have a dark test and still have a chemical or miscarry. Try keep your hopes up and keep yourself busy.
If you’re able to then maybe book a reassurance scan.

Sorry about your Cp. I had one, I knew the tests weren't right cos they were so faint, everyone told me to stop testing but I was waiting for the good line.

I got pregnant again the following month, the line was darker than any of my lines I'd had from my CP so it felt different straight away. It is very stressful but fingers crossed for you xx

Sorry I meant I knew something wasn't right not that the test wasn't right

@princefamilypaper and do you mind me asking how it went for you when you fell pregnant again and was getting really strong lines? Was it successful?

I had the same a few years ago. Chemical at 4 weeks and 4 days, and then pregnant again the next cycle. With the one that stuck, the lines got darker every day. Took a while to get a good strong line though.

I don't like blue dye tests personally or digital. I used to prefer FRER but they are trickier go get hold of.

I more recently I've used easy@home, which I find to be accurate, but I didn't get much line progression with them and even though the pregnancy was fine, it worried me.
