Loss of symptoms in second trimester

I was very fortunate in my first trimester in that I generally felt great.

The odd feeling of nausea, sore boobs and sore back.

Im now 14 weeks and I've had a total loss of symptoms. I feel like I did pre pregnancy.

I've not had any bleeding or cramping so I assume everything is ok. I also had a great 12 week scan.

Is this normal? I do see women say the second trimester is great but this feels suspiciously good.

Please don't read and run.

It's quite common to lose some pregnancy symptoms. Your hormones regulate after the first trimester. Congratulations

This was normal for me, my sickness stopped, the tiredness eased a lot and I felt "normal" - I will admit to peeing on a stick at about 15 weeks just to check as I didn't feel pregnant, just a bit bloated. That bloated feeling is now 19 years old and thriving!!

I found the time from 14-19/20 weeks most anxiety provoking as you don’t have the symptoms but also not much of a bump or movements yet but it is normal and soon you’ll have movements and feel very pregnant so try not to worry

Thank you all, I'm feeling reassured.
