Help - Morning sickness @ 12dpo 🤢

I'm 7dp5dt/12dpo and have just found out I'm pregnant. I feel super lucky as this will be our 2nd, if all goes well. I was planning to wait to test to 9dp5dt, but was up half the night vomiting, which was a bit of a give away 😅. I have a daughter and didn't have morning sickness with her at all really, except for going off random food like salad.

Has anyone got any tips to prevent/ease morning sickness, especially without eating constantly. Is it normal to have what feels like a mild indigestion or stomach cramps here and there?

I've also got a cold at the moment so I'm not sleeping the first part of the night for coughing, then the second part of the night for being sick. I love sleep 😴 and am very tired. I need to look after my daughter most days when she finishes nursery mid afternoon and work before that. How do you manage it?

I think my HCG is fairly average, tests attached, if it helps. Although I only managed a couple of hour hold for these due to being up in the night a lot.

Help!
