Anatomy Scan Measuring Behind at 21 weeks

I am currently pregnant with di/di twins at 21w5d. I had my anatomy scan at 21 weeks 0 days, my boy measured 20w2d and my girl 20w5d, doc was not concerned but my regular scan at 19 weeks showed both of them on track with small differences. I have a rather small bump and terrified that something is wrong 🥹
The ultrasounnd machine was also a totally different brand than my regular docs.
Is this normal?

Honestly people’s bumps show differently and a small bump is not something to be concerned about if everything was normal with your scan. I have had multiple scan and there is always slight variations in the difference between my ‘due date’ and the length of my baby. I had a scan that my baby measured 5 days off, then one was 3 days behind and ones that were exactly on track. It’s totally normal for there to be slight variations. If it was weeks and weeks behind that would be something you doctor would flag but a couple of days either way is not of concern unless there is something else your doctor brought up.

Agree with the PP, I know it's so easy to get caught up on scans because they are all you have to hold on to, but honestly these slight variations are really nothing to worry about. I promise they will tell you if there's anything to be concerned about x

All through dd2s pregnancy they were convinced that she was 2 weeks younger.
Even after birth.
She was born at 39 weeks (induced due to me health) covered in very thick white stuff (forgotten the name) and they looked at the notes and said Ah yes she was definitely 37 weeks not 39.

By that time I had just given up and smiled.

I knew the night she was conceived, because dh was away for 3 weeks after we had sex, so she couldn't have been 2 weeks younger!

Mine are ivf babies-so whole thing is a emotional roller coaster. Doc was quite satisfied with everything, my cervix was 3 cm and I also asked him about this-it was around 4 in 19 weeks, he said everyhing seems in place.
O I have an appointment with my own ob tomorrow, I hope to see everything in place 🙏🏻
