Groin itching? Heat rash?

I am 26+1 weeks and I've been suffering with what I think is sweat/heat rash in my groin. I try and keep the area dry and put sudocrem on it to try and ease it. However, working leaves me rather toasty and it aggravates it again. I appreciate I have a bit of chub. Any advice?

Piriton! I had it all down my inner thighs a couple of months ago. The midwife said regular piriton and cool it down with a flannel or in the shower😊

Sudocream is more for barrier than moisture. Try something like Aveeno or a cheaper moisturizer (ask the pharmacist). If the skin colour is changing, for instance darkening, it may be fungal. You could try some clotrimazole (same cream used for thrush) with a bit of over the counter hydrocortisone. If it's still ongoing at that point speak to your doctor.
