Can a non pregnant belly move??

Hi all,
I was wondering if someone could help, I feel so silly and embarrassed about what I'm about to ask.
Although it's unlikely that I'm at all pregnant, I noticed that occasionally a small section of my belly dips in and out. Imagine a tiny hoover sucking a bit of belly from the inside (although it doesn't give me any physical sensation). I put my phone on my belly and watch it move sometimes.
I also have been noticing odd feelings in my bladder are and cervix that feel a bit like someone moving a feather across or like a water current.
I was on the coil, and I had a gut feeling that something was off, but the threads were still there, and I was told its fine, the coil fell out a while after. I took a morning after pill 3 days after that. Pregnancy tests all negative, no normal period for 10 weeks, before that I had some spotting that seemed to be about the right time for periods, although once it did last 10 days. I have a blood test next week just to be sure. I had pregnancy symptoms, but they could be easily explained by other things like GERD and anemia.
A part of me wants to call the doctor and tell them about the sensations, but it feels like I'm just going crazy, especially with all the negative urine tests. Are the sensations and movements I'm having normal for non pregnant person?

I had phantom movements for 2-3 years after DS was born but can't recall actually seeing any movement, just the little butterfly movements internally (probably gas) so it could be something like that. I'd probably check in with a Dr just to confirm one way or the other though

I get these. Some are caused by my aorta, where I can sometimes see the pulse beating on my skin. And some are wind! Sometimes I see a ripple across as air moves through, and sometimes I feel it too and sometimes I don't. I also get fluttering feelings low down like early pregnancy movements. I didn't notice these until after my first pregnancy so I imagine I'm just more aware of these types of feelings now.

I should have said I am quite skinny. I think it's probably more likely you'll see stuff moving on your skin if you don't have much fat covering your guts and veins! Are you also quite slim?

No unfortunately, I'm quite overweight xx

I get like a pulse you can see in my belly, I’m not slim but can still see it. Also feel internal sensations that are like movements but definitely not been pregnant. It’s very normal for periods to take a while to go back to normal after having a coil. If urine tests are negative I’d say it’s highly unlikely, if you were seeing movements due to pregnancy you’d likely be somewhere around 20+ weeks. To be far along enough to see movement you’d be feeling stronger movements internally
