Have you had these while pregnant? If so, how many weeks pregnant were you when you had them please?

I had them at around 25 weeks but I don't think it matters too much. All fine.

CatMadam · 21/11/2023 06:37

I’ve had the flu jab twice when pregnant, one when I was around 20 weeks and one when I was 15 weeks- both absolutely fine, no side effects at all, apart from a sore arm. I got the Covid jab at the same time as the flu this pregnancy, so 15 weeks as well. I was a bit worried because I usually get a few side effects with the Covid jabs but I only had a wee headache that evening :)

Tryingtoconceivenumber2 · 21/11/2023 07:52

I had flu at about 32 weeks and COVID at about 34 weeks but that was due to time of year I was pregnant x

Lottie917 · 21/11/2023 08:18

I had both together last week at 26 weeks. No side effects except a slightly achy arm for about 24 hours x

Hiddenvoice · 21/11/2023 08:27

I had both together at around 20 weeks with both my pregnancies.

I had the covid jab at 11 weeks which I was a bit apprehensive about as it was before my first proper scan but it was totally fine, as was my flu jab which I then had at 15 weeks x

Whataretheodds · 21/11/2023 08:36

About 25 weeks, a week apart as my local pharmacy had no stock of covid, only flu.
Had whooping cough at 18 weeks

Yummymummy2020 · 21/11/2023 08:40

I had mine at 32 weeks. Absolutely no issues bar a bit of a sore arm for a day.

WhiskyTangoFoxtrot · 21/11/2023 08:43

I haven’t been pregnant since covid, but I’d definitely get it done

As with flu, I’d get them done straightaway - ie when the jabs become available or asap after finding out. They’re miserable diseases to have even when not pregnant

I can’t remember exactly how many weeks, but in 2 of my pregnancies it was first trimester, one about halfway along

I had both, flu around 8 weeks and covid jab around 12 weeks, only cos I'm a wuss and didn't want 2 sore arms at once!

DemelzaRobins · 21/11/2023 09:04

I had both at about 4+2 this year. I'm eligible for both in my own right and was already booked in for them.

Didn't have any issues with the jabs bar a mildly sore arm. I've had worse side effects from either flu or Covid jabs on their own, when not pregnant.

Sa11yCinnamon · 21/11/2023 10:34

Had both at 7 weeks, now 14 weeks. All absolutely fine.
