13 weeks and I can't get enough full fat coke, have only ever drank diet before and rarely but I hate the taste of anything diet, everything has to be full fat!

At that the full fat coke tastes at it best when off draft at a restaurant/pub/McDonald's etc, I am literally struggling to drink anything else as most things taste disgusting or just make me feel sick, but I know not only is full fat coke bad in general but it's the caffeine that's to, I try not to have any but I'm just sat here constantly thinking about it. And on days when I go through and literally struggle to even have little sips of anything else I have to fall on it just to stop myself being dehydrated.

Anyone else been the same?

What are everyone else's cravings?

I feel for you because if you can't stomach much else then as you say you need it for the thirst but it's not good as you've said. Maybe try other drinks ice cold from the fridge, thinks that's when I love pop best but have tried to avoid it. Or as minging as it sounds try watering down the full fat coke, adding a bit more water each time

My cravings are egg fried rice, baked beans just from the bowl, sweetcorn and dryish foods like buttery toast/rice cakes/jacket potatoes.

aversion is choc and cake which I lived for before but can't stand the smell or look of it which I kinda feel is a blessing 😂

Tbf the food I fancy can change within the hour so just learning to roll with it and make sure I always have bread and potatoes in to be on the safe side

Hopes thing ease up for you x

At 10 weeks it is all about Seaweed, I absolutely love salty or spicy seaweed. This also seems to keep the nausea at bay temporarily. I have to keep it to only 2 tiny packs a day to keep the iodine levels from being too high. Other cravings include jacket potato and beans, or spicy salmon and potato salad.

For some reason I have gone off all milk, cheese and yogurts. I can’t handle the smell of chicken goujons (the kids eat that) and randomly, the ‘Dove silky’ handwash (makes me want to throw up if I smell it).

I have the weirdest food aversion where I can eat anything in front of me (except mushrooms) but thinking of literally any food makes me want to throw up. So meal planning is completely impossible cos I can’t bear to think about it! I have to force myself to make the least offensive thing I can think of and always manage to eat it once it’s there. Utterly bizarre!

I’m 14 weeks, all I can eat is chocolate/ bread/ cheese/ pasta. I always loved my veggies but I can’t look at a tomato without throwing up. I’ve had massive cravings for ice lollies and yoghurts.

Im desperate to feel normal again and be able to eat food that isn’t carbohydrates.

Pork and anything sweet make me sick. I’m obsessed with cheese and anything savoury. The thought of a hot drink turns my stomach!

14+1 and been like this since about 7 weeks.

Yep any food literally makes me want to throw up, constantly trying to work out what is least offensive, I can’t cook at the minute I just throw up, and that meat aisle at the supermarket is a living hell! I’m not even a veggie but last pregnancy I went off meat to 🙈 this time I can’t even bare the thought of vegetables to not sure what on earth my body wants me to eat!

It changes day to day with me tbh. One day I really crave something and then the next day it turns my stomach. Very difficult
Completely gone off coffee, anything salty.
