hello

Im 4 weeks and 1 or 2 days (did a trigger injection on saturday 4th and dtd on that day so I assume i ovulated either 4th or 5th max, so i should be 4 weeks 1-2 days)
My HCG levels are 297.09 iu / l

Do you think I should be preparing for a miscarriage? I am an older mother early 40s

No that is within the normal range at that stage, at 4 weeks the reading should be between 10-708 iu/L. One reading alone isn't going to give you that much information, you need serial hcg tests to check how a pregnancy is progressing, so another test taken 48 hours after the first one to see if the result is doubling. Wishing you all the best with your pregnancy.

Hello
I got my hcg levels tested, I'm 4 weeks and 5 or 4 weeks and 6 days
The levels are 2171

Do you think this is the normal range for a single pregnancy? The dr won't give me an answer and tellls me to wait for 12 week scan
