Inhaled smoke while pregnant

Put my oven on and after a while it just kept on making smoke. I've got front door and back door open waiting for the smell to go but I'm worried I've inhaled quite a bit, and consequently less oxygen (I'm 17 weeks pregnant today). Am I worried over nothing? 😢😓

Yes, you are worrying about nothing. Ventilate the kitchen and forget about it.

I went to a very smoky bonfire before realising I was pregnant. I worried sick about it (and still do sometimes at 3am 🤦🏽‍♀️) but now toddler is fine.

Think of all the pregnant people in areas with wildfires breathing those fumes for days, or living in highly polluted cities etc.

It's fine.

It’s fine don’t worry.

I had a kitchen fire at 30 weeks, lots of smoke but baby was fine :)

I was pregnant in Australia during one of the worst bushfire seasons. It was smokey inside the house for days and awful outside. Mentioned that I was worried to my GP and he wasn't worried at all. Baby was fine.
