Extreme hunger but also appetite loss

Hiya,
6w3d pregnant so still very early on but I was wondering if anyone else struggled or is struggling with appetite/ hunger issues within their first trimester?
I'm honestly starving 24-7, I can't seem to fill myself up, but also when meals are placed in front of me, I find them really difficult to eat because I just don't fancy it.
I work as a dental nurse so it's very fast paced and busy and I just cannot afford to feel like this.
I can't let my blood sugar fall too much and become too hungry otherwise I feel rotten and have to lie down....but when I say its every hour, I mean literally every hour my body cries for food. I'm sat here now trying to force down some wheetabix before work but know within an hour I'll be wanting more food. Any advice on how to get through a busy working day with these symptoms? I had a miscarriage at 8w in May this year and don't want to openly announce this pregnancy to colleagues yet but I'm struggling.

Thank you all x

When you say struggling with the weetabix. Will u finish the bowl, or leave some resulting in you being more hungry later on? Definitely stock up on filling snacks like flapjacks or nature valley crunch. I know it's early days and they are like 20 quid a pack but I have sworn on taking pregnacare max since the day I found out i was pregnant at 6 weeks. Thier always on offer in boots 3 for 2. I never experienced morning sickness, food aversions or cravings, mood swings. I genuinely belive its down to them. 38 weeks today. Good luck with your pregnancy, this will pass :)

Yes me too! I'm 5w2d and wake up really really hungry but then have to force breakfast down because there is nothing I fancy. It's so odd!

I'm really struggling with panic attacks too and this is not something I have ever had before. The slightest bit of pressure and I turn into a wobbling mess 😂

Amazing how something so small can make you feel so different!

I remember my stomach rumbling literally every hour in early pregnancy. Just eat what you fancy when you fancy. When the nausea kicked in, that was basically potatoes for me.
