Decongestant spray during pregnancy

I’m full of cold and desperate for some relief. All the usual stuff like otrivine says not to use when pregnant. Anyone have any idea what I can use?!

I use Avamys spray, NHS website says that it is safe during pregnancy but it is prescription

Sterimar spray, it's just saltwater - not as good as proper stuff but it does help!
