I've found a ginger biscuit when the sicky feeling kicks in help and gives enough time to prepare food. My nurse recommended dry crackers next to the bed.

Having a fairly dry and simple meal an hour and half before bed rather than a full on tea too (I have tea about 7.30 and I'm bed by 9 atm as shattered). If You stay up much later than your tea time then maybe a slice of toast with thin spreading of jam or marmalade would be good. Sweetness may stop your blood pressure dropping in the night.

I'm 7 weeks and 6 days and struggling with alot of bloating and trapped gas in the night so have simplified my last meal to try help with this too
