Hi all. I was diagnosed with a SCH at the beginning of my pregnancy at around 7 weeks it was 4cmx2cmx3.8cm I’ve had a few big bleeds but for almost 8 weeks now only brown blood and not heavy. I went for a scan today at 14 weeks and my heamatoma is now 6.6cmx3.6cmx7.4cm and I’m at breaking point. I have been on bed rest for 2 months, haven’t had sex since I conceived I’m on progesterone 400mg twice a day. I just can’t cope anymore - I’m terrified I’m going to lose my baby or have a placental abruption. The hospital aren’t bothered about my concerns at all I just don’t know how to keep any hope. Please can someone offer a reassuring word - I really need one right now :(

Ah you poor thing Flowers I had a SCH during pregnancy and bled daily for around 5 weeks (bleeding resolved at around 18 weeks). Tricky start to the pregnancy but everything after 18 weeks was absolutely fine. I don't know if it helps but that baby is now 5 and perfectly healthy.

I know this is a worrying and exhausting time. Just try and rest as much as you can. I hope everything is OK. Take care xxx
