Hello! So I'm sure many of us have this issue, started off with nausea now the last few days I've got constant burning hunger!
This is my 3rd pregnancy, first time round I stayed quite active/gym, only gained abit of weight at the end
2nd pregnancy was during lockdown so no gym, ate so much in first trimester and it was a downward spiral, couldn't really exercise and ended up with terrible ankle pain from weight gain, took me a year to lose the weigtht gain after
Plus breastfeeding made the weight loss harder as I was starving
Basically, any tips for the constant hunger? 😔 can't be as active as I like right now due to feeling so tired too x

Hey, I have seen that you want to stay active during pregnancy. I am currently running a study as part of my PhD to understand whether physical activity can promote good health during pregnancy - don’t worry, this wouldn’t be anything strenuous, just looking to whether small 2-5 minute exercises could improve symptoms ☺️

No tips except maybe try and have more filling food when you do eat, and try to eat small amounts every couple of hours. I find a couple of cream crackers helps keep mine at bay
