Good hcg but just started spotting?!

I’m super worried now.
My hcg was 6.9 on Thursday and 21.9 today which is great but I’ve now just had a tiny bit of spotting.
Epu are closed and I’m waiting till Monday to see my consultant who will start progesterone on Monday.
I had spotting about a week ish or maybe 5 days ago which I thought would be implantation so I’m super worried what it is right now?!
I had a miscarriage 4 weeks ago which was my 6th miscarriage.

I had quite a bit of on and off spotting for the first couple of weeks of my pregnancy, I think some of it was still implantation. Hopefully that’s the case for you.
