I’m 38 weeks and a second time mum. I had an induction with my first DC so I’m not really sure what to expect with a natural labour or whether it’s more a less the same to start with.
anyway, to the point- I’ve been having tightening all day but this evening are having period cramp sort of feels and lower back pain, but then other times the pain is in the top half of my bump. Could this just be gas pain or signs labour is starting?
