Am I pregnant

I started testing my lh after having weeks of sex I suddenly thought I could be pregnant but no idea where I am cycle wise.
I saw a surge in lh over the next couple days.
Then on the 6th I had what I believe to be implantation bleeding-?
It was a small amount of blood possibly 2 teaspoons of blood- pink brownish colour.
I then didn't bleed for the next two days which is where I am now.
Negative test but rang doctor and said its too early to tell and to wait another week.
I have had small headaches- dull ache in lower left back sometimes stabby- no breast tenderness- mornings sickness today.
The sick was white and frothy.
I have had no appetite for the past two days- and today.
Watery discharge and insomnia as of last night.
Exhausted now.

Do you know when your period is due? Sometimes it can be too early to test. The dr would tell you to test a week after your period due date (if you’re still getting negatives and no period) then contact them.

I will do this thank you- I don't know when my period is I thought it was now but I'm usually a week late so I guess I just need to wait.

Turns out I was pregnant but I miscarried
